At Le Fluer D’or, we take pride in offering high-quality charm bracelets and jewelry designed to tell your unique story. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds within 30 days of your original order date.


🛍️ Eligibility for Refunds

✅ Items must have been purchased at full price — sale or discounted items are non-refundable
✅ Jewelry must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, including all original packaging
✅ Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the return


To start a return, contact our support team at info@lefluerdore.com within 30 days of purchase. Be sure to include your order number and a brief reason for your return request.

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


🔍 Damages & Issues

Please inspect your jewelry upon delivery. If anything arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us immediately so we can make it right.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Worn or damaged jewelry

  • Customized or engraved pieces

  • Digital gift cards

  • Items purchased on sale or with promo codes

🔁 Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original. Once your return is processed, we’ll issue a refund for the original purchase.


🇪🇺 EU Customers — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you're located in the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, no questions asked. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


💳 Refund Processing Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.
